Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead and oversee our sales organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships. The CSO will work closely with the executive team to achieve the company's sales objectives and expand our market presence.

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee sales operations and ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to support sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market analysis.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement action plans based on sales analysis and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chief Sales Officer or in a senior sales leadership role.
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in relevant field
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Package:
