Architect (2 Openings)

Location: Coimbatore

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of structures.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
• Develop architectural designs considering environmental, structural, and aesthetic factors.
• Coordinate with a team of professionals, including engineers, planners, and architects
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within the specified budget.
• Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors, and other specialists.
• Ensure all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Architecture (BA)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and planning
• Proficient in design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and projects worked on in the past
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a team and lead projects
