About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate 3D Unreal Architecture Designer with expertise in architectural modeling and visualization to join our dynamic team. This role combines creativity and technical proficiency, focusing on producing highly detailed architectural models, realistic textures, and stunning lighting setups for real-time rendering in Unreal Engine. This is a hybrid position requiring occasional on-site collaboration while allowing flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

•Create low-poly, architecturally accurate 3D models based on design specifications.

•Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting setups to bring designs to life.

•Optimize models for real-time performance in Unreal Engine.

•Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.

•Continuously refine models based on feedback to achieve exceptional visual quality.

•Stay updated with trends in architectural visualization and Unreal Engine advancements.

What We're Looking For:

•Experience: 2-3 years in architectural visualization with a portfolio showcasing realistic 3D models, lighting, and textures.

•Technical Skills:

•Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.

•Expertise in full texturing workflows (Diffuse, Normal, Displacement, etc.).

•Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and environmental design principles.

•Knowledge of Physically Based Rendering (PBR), UV mapping, and optimization techniques.

•Unreal Engine Expertise:

•Proficiency in real-time rendering workflows.

•Advanced skills in lighting and texturing for immersive environments.

Preferred Skills:

•Familiarity with game-ready/low-poly asset development.

•Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for 3D workflows.

•Strong design and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do Daily:

•Collaborate with internal teams and leads to deliver detailed and optimized 3D architectural models for Unreal Engine.

•Manage project priorities, clear bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of assets.

•Participate in daily standups, document processes, and propose improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
