We are currently seeking a skilled CAD Designer with expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings for Pre-Engineered Building structures, including frames, trusses, columns, and other structural components.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to capture project specifications and requirements.
• Use CAD software to develop 2D/3D models, construction drawings, and layouts that prioritize design accuracy, functionality, and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct structural analysis and integrate adjustments as needed to ensure compliance with client expectations and safety standards.
• Prepare essential project documentation, including material specifications, bill of materials (BOM), and assembly guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations within all design work.
• Address and troubleshoot design challenges in the production and assembly stages.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD design, specifically with Pre-Engineered Building structures.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Tekla, SolidWorks, or Revit) with strong 3D modeling and drafting skills.
• Solid understanding of structural engineering fundamentals, building codes, and industry standards related to pre-engineered structures.
• Keen attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory based on relevant experience).
