Job description
Junior Architect
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate to develop design concepts and detailed plans.Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).Conduct site visits and surveys to ensure compliance with design and project specifications.Coordinate with engineering, construction, and client teams for project execution.Support in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients.Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and local regulations.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.0 to 5 years of experience in architectural design and planning.Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of construction techniques and materials.Strong visualization, creativity, and technical skills.Excellent communication in English & Tamil (Other regional languages area plus but not mandatory).
Preferred SkillsExperience in residential or commercial building projects.Basic understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.Exposure to local regulatory guidelines (Corporation of Chennai & CMDA).
Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis :Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.Analyze customer data and market dynamics to understand target audiences.Assist in developing strategies to penetrate new markets.
Lead Generation and Conversion :Identify potential leads through networking, cold calls, and digital platforms.Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating product value propositions.Nurture existing relationships to generate repeat business.
Sales Strategy Execution :Support the execution of sales plans to meet or exceed targets.Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with broader objectives.
Client Relationship Management :Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and building trust.Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.Gather feedback to improve products or services.
Reporting and Documentation :Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.Prepare periodic sales reports for performance evaluation.Collaborate with teams to track and achieve sales goals.
Skill Development :Learn and adapt to the company’s products, services, and sales methodologies.Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Educational Background :MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related disciplines is often preferred.
Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory for Freshers) :Internships or part-time roles in sales or marketing during the MBA program.Exposure to client interactions or sales processes is a plus.
