We are seeking an expert architectural designer to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing project briefs and design briefs.

The ideal candidate should have strong design and drafting skills using AutoCad, as well as hands-on experience in Sketchup, Revit, 3d Studio, and Adobe Photoshop.

Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, the successful candidate will possess excellent coordination skills to work with clients and other project associates throughout the project design and construction stage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality architectural drawings with meticulous detailing.
• Create photo-realistic renderings that showcase the design's potential.
• Prepare detailed specifications, sample approvals, and error reporting procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all construction drawings and documents.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, reflects the importance we place on finding the right candidate for this challenging yet rewarding role.
